Real Estate Investing - A way of life
Gayle began working with Real Estate Investors in 1976 while
attending the University of California at Santa Cruz. Over the
years she has stayed current with Market trends and
financial issues critical to successful Real Estate investing.
In 1985, Gayle obtained her General Contractors license in pursuit
of her passion to craft great designs in housing. Her renovation
projects demonstrate ingenuity resulting in pleasing aesthetic
interiors and landscape solutions constructed economically. Please

Gayle’s unique combination of talents has helped Real Estate
Investors realize healthy returns on investment that generate
pride of ownership portfolios. Today there is a tremendous opportunity
for Real Estate investing in bank foreclosures. Gayle has established
an accurate and up to date monitor to track bank foreclosures at the
court house steps.
Bank foreclosure properties are often distressed from vandalism or
deferred maintenance. Gayle’s years of construction experience
coupled with her economizing design capabilities offer investors a
financially prudent solution to maximizing investment dollars.
